Clayton took 3 hours out of his day to get our family's phone plan sorted. Even though we had a lot to get through, he was so patient, knowledgeable and kind, and we all got exactly the phones, plans and price we wanted. Thanks so much Clayton and the rest of the Tom Harris team!

The staff is exceptional, very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied. We went in to get internet for our home in Cayley and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. We are very satisfied with the hub we recieved, and the service we got from the staff is exceptional! We also had a cancellation of another service we needed to do, and they dealt with that without hesitation. It was a great experience. I would recommend them. *P.S. if you live rural and are able to, I would strongly recommend the Telus Hub for internet. Absolutely amazing!!!

Best experience we have ever had. We had ordered a phone that was not available in the store prior to a trip we were taking. When we returned and checked on the phone it was still on back order. To our delight they hunted a replacement phone in BC and had it to us in a couple of days. There were some challenges with the data transfers between the phones which they patiently fixed all while helping other clients. Without complaint they checked our joint plans to ensure we had the best value plan for us and not a $ more.

The staff has been so helpful, got a new internet hub. They help us get all our passwords reset even when we accidently locked our apple account they helped us over the phone unlock it. They are amazing!
