Always clean, fully stocked and offers a lot of nice promotions. Staff is quite decent and helpful. Bakery section has a great variety of food. A good place for people with Air Miles Collector card. Can get air miles on almost every product. This location is not so much busy. Parkings are always available.

I just came back from spending $150.00 on Groceries at your store and I am very upset. When I reached for a small container of sugar on the top shelf the boxes beside it all came tumbling done on my head because the were stacked so high and very enevenly. Not so bad!!! I mentioned it to the gal when I was checking out for someone to fix it, so it would not happen again. . She was not interested in that, she was too busy ranting at me about the grocery bag I brought in. She does not like packing them and it was black. She put the bread in and the pepsi cans on top of the bread??? really!!!! as she kept up complaining. I am 81 years old, and I don't need that kind of treatment when I go for my groceries. Seems I need to find another place to shop. And tell my friends here to do the same.

The lady on till 6 is extremely rude to new comers and people of colour. She goes out of her way to be mean. I find it hard to believe that management is not aware of this issue. Maybe they think it is acceptable to act that way.

Update: Called in and spoke to some guys that were genuinely more helpful. James & Oscar were helpful in confirming whether the pork belly had arrived for Monday morning. They stated it hadn’t but they were apologetic & gave me a clue as to when the next shipment might be coming in. 5 stars for them for actually sounding considerate. Their 5 stars + the previous 1 star from the last associate I had to deal with leaves this place with a total of 3 stars for me. Came in and spoke to a male named Erin in the meat department to inquire about the pork belly they had in stock that is currently on sale. He wore a tan cap & white coat & was on shift as of Saturday January 21rst at around 12:40pm approximately.⏰ Erin was weirdly happy to tell me he was out of the product… so I decided to at the least inquire more about maybe when they might have more in stock.‍ He said that normally they get in stock every night or if not every other night but that he doesn’t think they’ll have any until next week which is acceptable. However, I asked him what day it might arrive as I would like to place an order just incase it does show up & he proceeded to tell me in his own way that I was wasting my time. He said Monday it may come in but apparently he can tell the future & somehow after reading his magical crystal ball he predicted that there would probably be none and that apparently I was wasting my time. He even included that the sale ends next Wednesday but he still thinks it’s not worth it to write down an order for me because clearly it’s not worth his time or effort. I honestly urged the guy to take my name down & let me know at the least if the stock does arrive & he continued to have an arrogant attitude. He then decided to head to the back & share with his coworker how I was wasting my time & his. I’ve never met such an all around lazy, arrogant customer service representative in my entire experiences with visiting all Sobeys locations for my grocery needs. I’ve headed to other Sobeys today after having this unpleasant experience & was met with multiple employees employed at different locations that have been helpful to me & deserving of the 5 star reviews I have left. Thank you Scott & Ward from Sobeys on Bridgeport, Dalton from Sobeys on Columbia and last but not least Duaa & Iain from Sobeys on Parkside by Northfield. I may have wasted my gas today but I definitely did not waste my time as I was met with real representatives that were actually able to assist me with my needs as a loyal customer.

Some new vegan cheese options in the regular cheese section! They also have lots of vegan yogurts, Silk brand and another. Love that they have baskets within the store in various areas if you end up getting more than what you expected to buy, saves you a trip back to the front to put all your stuff in a basket. Super nice lady at the flower shop. Helpful and informative about flowers and flower maintenance. In the store an employee helped us with a bunch of bottles we bought and gave us one of those heavy duty milk boxes which was very helpful. I always forget they take air miles here.

Staff were funny. The store was rather tidy. The parking lot was awfully dark, felt like a stalkers wet dream. The store was overly bright and too damn cold inside. I wore a sweater, still cold. Nice spacing, good layout, no Tahini or saffron. Good Gluten Free Dry goods isle. Poor Gluten free Frozen goods selection. See pictures.

Been going here for many years but will finally have to stop Excellent service, clean and tidy store. Well light with new decor. However the price gouging is getting unsustainable. 20% increases in prices every 2 months. Disgusting

This is a lovely store. My daughter says it's so fancy compared to other stores. We really enjoyed ourselves. And cheaper than Zehrs for the same or better quality and selection!

This is one of our grocery store that we visit every week and we love it! Not just for grocery, but also when we need a plant or some nice flowers!

Super friendly staff Great deli, bakery and beer and wine selection. The essentials I needed tonight were Cabernet Sauvignon and dark chocolate covered almonds.
