So Inviting

For Lunar New Year we were looking for authentic dumplings & turned to Google where we found ‘So Inviting’. I called to place our order before lunch and when I arrived to pick up the order was warmly welcomed. The shop is very clean and the people working were friendly and professional. We brought the food to a friend’s home and warmed up the dumplings by very quickly pan frying them. The food was absolutely amazing & we would recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicious dumplings. The pork buns & noodles were also very good!

LOVE…LOVE…LOVE this place! The lady who runs this is sweet and extremely nice. She allows you to sample dumplings before buying. She also has a variety of pot stickers pan seared dumplings and regular boiled dumplings in beef, pork and veggie flavors all delicious and yummy! If you stop by before closing you usually get a deal but the pricing is affordable. There is an option for Uber Eats if you can’t make the trip and want to try but I would HIGHLY recommend driving by and picking up to ensure she gets 100% of the profit. Located on the East End of London, ON Canada if you’re visiting, I would recommend supporting this local business.

So Inviting is the perfect name for the business because of the level of customer services experienced while there. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the quality has always been consistent. I love that the owner is always encouraging you to try new things and often gives you something “on the house”. The prices are so reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. Make sure to pick up some extra sauces and frozen dumplings to go. If you are headed to the market or shopping in OEV, make sure to support this local gem!!

Such a fan of these dumplings. The owner is so lovely. Sometimes they have delicious soups too. Self serve, all take out and pay by weight!

The dumplings were so amazing. Would highly recommend. If you bring your own takeaway container you get some sort of discount. You can also buy frozen dumplings as well. Really super friendly. Prices are reasonably priced by weight. I got quite a bit for what I paid.

This place is the undisputed best place in London for dumplings! It also may be run by the friendliest people i have ever met. Its takeout only so keep that in mind. They close at 6:30 if you go after 6:00 everything is half price!

This place is an absolute staple and one of the best restaurants in London. The woman who owns it is so friendly and always hands out a couple freebies. The food itself is absolutely delicious and you can tell that it was prepared fresh and with care. The pricing is fair, and you get a lot of dumplings for your money. I love this restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere new to eat!!

Sauces were amazing! All three were really impressive. I really enjoyed the beef pot stickers. Friendly and inviting service. it's takr out only and self serve but I highly recommend checking it out. I will be back.

The quality of the dumplings were extremely poor. I never comment or leave reviews but I had to seeing as the reviews on this page are either fabricated or outdated. I was so excited to try “So Inviting”. I made sure to order at 10 am because I figured that’s when the dumplings would be most fresh but it was the complete opposite. They might have good days but my experience was definitely a bad one. Please do better!!!

My partner and I frequent So Inviting for so many wonderful reasons. The food is delicious, plentiful and consistently high quality and the service is even better than the food. Every time we go here we leave with a smile on our face because of what an exceptionally pleasant experience it is. Keep up the great work, we love what you do! Vegetarian options: My partner is vegetarian and I limit my meat intake for dietary reasons and there is always veggy options without fail, and in great quantity which we are very thankful for.
