Snohomish Pie Company

Quality control is lacking. I've been buying pie at the Snohomish location for about 4 years now, and on Saturday I stopped by to pick up a pie. Since I'd come all the way out there to get a pie, I did buy one, but all the pies on the racks were over done. No delicate crusts on any of them. All had been over cooked. I asked fir the least done pie, and took it home to try. Unfortunately, it was as expected. The crust is just shy of burned, and turns to dust. Having multiple locations is cool, but maintaining a high quality product everywhere is critical.

Fantastic pies! They change up their flavors depending on the day and location so check before you head out. Make sure to go early too because they sell out quick! The apple berry crumble is a must try.

We had piescream sundaes and took a whole pie home. Delicious. The Apple berry crumble a little too sweet for me but I think that about a lot of things. A regular crust topping pie will be less sweet. The cookies were soooo good, soft and chewy but crunchy on the outside.

Years ago, when we would take our son to soccer tournaments, we'd stop by the Snohomish Pie Co. in downtown Snohomish. I remembered the amazing smells as you walked in, the delicious pies in the case. Apple pie-amazing. Fast forward..discovered they have a place in Mountlake Terrace-just a few short miles from my home in Edmonds. I ordered a Pumpkin and an Apple Pie for Thanksgiving. The process was easy and the pick up was SO organized during a really crazy Tuesday before Thanksgiving. My husband broke into the Apple that evening! Couldn't help himself and the Pumpkin was voted "most amazing" my son has tasted. Thank you for your pie care and great service..see you at Xmas!

This place has some fantastic pies. We've tried their apple, lemon meringue and pumpkin pies and all were outstanding. It is best to order ahead; this place is popular, and when they hit their capacity, they are done for the day.
