There phone system is garbage "for birth certificates press 4." I press 4. "Sorry i did not get that please try again" I try 3 more times and call 2 more times.....

They have a wealth of knowledge on protecting your health. I found them extremely helpful every time I have contacted them on the phone or in person!

They are close at 5 I was there 4:45 and they told me we shutdown the computer.and office is not open today any more
