Community Health Center of Snohomish County - Everett-South Medical

My visit was first and definately last one. Rooms didn't look clean, no plastic covers on dental instruments, dental assistant had to stop by our room to borrow one of the tools they use for cavity filling, which looked like they had a shortage of tools. No privacy, you can hear and see people next to you. The doctor was rude and seemed in a hurry so he didn't take time or talked to me about my options after seeing me. For some people going to the dentist is a big deal and they want doctors to communicate with them, calm them down and make them feel like they will do their best and you have nothing to worry about. You won't get that here.

A very professional yet friendly clinic/Dr.s office, great reception and support staff. Very thorough with follow-up appointments, forwarding prescriptions and aiding with transportation issues...

I love Dr. Powell. She is amazing. There is a lady at the front Desk who has been there for years, She is also amazing. I love the fact that Thursday is a late day and they are open on Saturdays, so I dont have to miss work.

Went here after an EAR visit because my leg quit working HUGE MISTAKE!! After an hour in the exam room Dr.Grady walked in never even looked at my leg and said I needed to get blood and see neurology. It took fourty minutes for the phlebotomist to get me then sent me limping home on a leg that wouldn't support my weight and felt numb and burned. Come to find D out the referral for the neurologist turned into a reffural for physical therapy ( no idea) and the bra e she had mumbled about me needing was never put in for. Don't go here unless you have no other options, these people are over whelmed under staffed and to busy taking walk inside and dealing with drug seekers to help anyone e who needs it. ( A second trip to the er and a Dr who saw early warning sighns for MS got me to neurology). Long story short these people suck.
