I first tried to access my document through the website but there were system errors on their end which didn't let me access my it. As a last resort, I called them to have them mail me my document. The Recording Examiner Jane was rude, unprofessional, and condescending during the entire call.

Easy to navigate, in & out in less than 20 minutes for our marriage license. Joyce was very kind, went through all the paperwork, & was sincere in congratulating us!

I’ve been on hold fir 1 hr and 15 mins! They play symphony music which is fine but LITERALLY every 3 sec. this bit says, “You are next in line”. This is maddening! Are they really closed today so there no answer?

I just wanted to record a quit claim deed and excise tax affidavit. That's what the recorder/auditor does right? The website has the wrong mailing address, so if you mail it in it may or may not get to them. That's your risk. How do you know its been recorded? Do you send a copy of the deed? Who knows? It's not on the website. I got a VOICEMAIL MESSAGE at 2:00 p.m. to leave a message. They never returned my call. They do services FOR AN ENTIRE COUNTY and can't have ONE person answering calls for basic questions.

I called ahead with questions, and they answered them with clear concise information. I arrived and was in and out quickly with courteous service. Service- recording marriage certificate

What's the point of telling me to "push 0" to speak to a staff member, put me on hold for 60 seconds and then have another recording tell me to leave my name and phone number for a call back? Why not just do that from the beginning instead of wasting time?

Not sure I've I'm posting this in the right place, but whoever I just spoke to at the Auditors Office was super helpful and friendly! The office didn't even open till 9 and they answered the phone timely and helped answer my questions about voting on the day of election. Thank you!!

It would be nice if they announced they are closed instead of waisting my time driving here to pay my taxes.
