We have worked with North Star for years, very honest, work quickly and efficiently, always on time, and extremely professional. We have a difficult case, with lots of specific deductions, and are always given recommendations on how we can save more money and get the highest possible return. Can't recommend them high enough!

Northstar has done my accounting services for all 4 years of being in buisness. They are super helpful and friendly. They take care of so many things for me, so I can focus on other things.

North Star's entire team helped me immediately, explained exactly what I needed to know without fire-hosing me with unnecessary data to be informed, and fixed every-single issue and put my anxieties at ease. Their knowledge for this field of work has great depth and breadth, and their passions, their entire staff I've interfaced with, is and continues to be palpable. They clearly love what they do and want us business owners and personal tax seekers to be focused on what counts - abiding by tax laws and not having to over pay!  The team I have been assigned is both efficient and effective in their respective roles - bookkeeping, payroll, personal/business taxes, financial advice, etc. Once you are set up with them it is smooth sailing; in my case I requested a more hands-off approach and it has been nothing but stress-free accounting help! And I have to say, they have done an admirable job of navigating not overwhelming me yet keeping me fully abreast of everything I should and need to know. They clearly excel at what they do, and I trust them fully. They've been my accountant for a handful of years and I've never been upset with them - and if I had a hiccup happen, they immediately rectified it, owned it, apologized profusely, and fixed it before I barely had a chance to even have to worry. If anything they under-promise and exceedingly over-deliver - which is a true blessing and speaks to their abilities and mission for our community.  I couldn't recommend them more! If you are needing a new accountant that you can work with both remotely and/or in-person, hire them! I am super happy with their services, owners, and team, they're pretty exceptional at what they do :D! Choose North Star if you expect to be treated professionally and with a personal flare, to receive the best service, and be charged fairly. They're pretty awesome :D

North Star Christopher Lopez has been nice to work with. A lot of people don't understand that the field of accounting has changed radically over the past few years. Where there once were a few changes a year, now the laws are changing quickly, sometimes inter-year. Pandemic relief efforts and rules have added to the complexities.  Chris handled all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. We both really care about getting it right and I appreciate that!

I reached out to David Romano at North Star Tax & Accounting earlier this year to assist my company international public company with implementing some of the provisions of the CARES act. Working with him and the team at North Star was a pleasure and the results brought significant value to the company. I'd definitely work with the firm again and I'd feel completely comfortable recommending them. Tax and accounting are often very client specific. If they aren't the right partner for you or your company I trust that they would be the first to acknowledge that and do their best to recommend another service provider if that is the case.

NorthStar Accounting is rock solid.  I have a very complicated return with multiple income streams and other complications and they always get it figured out with ease.  They also do an amazing job strategizing with me as to the right path whenever I have options to choose from.  After several great returns, my family is now a client for life now.
