I called to ask a general question about an HSA withdrawal. The woman that answered the phone spoke in an unpleasant tone and sounded irritated with me. She did not answer my question and instructed me to contact the IRS instead. How can they prepare taxes if they can't answer general questions about the tax laws? I called another tax office and was able to get an answer to my question right away. I definitely will be going elsewhere for future tax preparation services!
