The best gym on Bainbridge Island, that's thankfully in Poulsbo. Safe, clean, relatively convenient. Twenty minutes from the front door timed with off-peak traffic.And most country clubs where you want to chat up others are a distraction and you pay extra for that "bonus". I don't look at a gym as some social occasion. And there are no "kings of the gym : "I'm performing sets!", as they hog a station for twenty minutes, ten of which are looking at themselves in the mirror.

Have been a member since shortly after the opening. Great staff who are responsive to my comments and inquiries; Andy will tailor a program to meet your needs. Love that it is open 24 hours and the recent facelift brightens up the place.

Been going here for about a month and a half. Staff is friendly enough. Has decent equipment. Facility can be a little crowded. Okay price 40$ a month and like a 30$ sign up fee. No lockers 😔 edit: removed a star due to cancellation complications. I emailed requesting cancellation, no reply, I called, they emailed cancellation form, I filled out form to email back, forgot to attach to email, but I requested confirmation, received none, called and was told everything was okay. Was still charged, sent cancellation form again with explanation, they refunded money. Would have all been avoided if they would just have sent me a confirmation email in the first place.

Rather new to this gym but I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the equipment and the overall cleanliness of the facility. If you love carido and free weights and a friendly staff then this gym is a must for you!!!😊😊😊

Awful customer service. I put my membership on hold while we were moving since we wouldn't have time to go and have been charged three months for a full membership. I have gone in and they have said they would fix it but never did. I even tried to cancel it and two months later was charged for their remodel! I am very disappointed. I will never join any of their gyms again. I do not recommend.
