Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things. We’ve got tons of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms, and the friendliest staff around. We’re also the home of the Judgement Free Zone®, which is a somewhat fancy way of saying we’re a laid-back environment, where you don’t need to worry about that hardcore attitude you might find other places.

Am I missing something with all the negative reviews??? I've never had an unpleasant experience and I'm smart enough to ask questions and to know they are still in transition which means the equipment and hours of operations are in transition as well. Pretty sure I saw a "squat rack" too so not sure what everyone's beef is with that. If y'all were patient, you'd see that the end result is going to be better than you thought. The customer service is great, I see ALL types of gym goers there, first timers to the extremely fit. My BF is a former cage fighter and amateur body builder and he's been able to take care of it all at Planet Fitness. If you're so shallow about the type of people you "gym" with on either end of the spectrum, maybe you shouldn't go to one???

(Based off of only going once so far) It's very clean, the environment seems pretty relaxed and the front desk people are nice. When I went, it definitely wasn't crowded by any means. My sister is more of a gym rat than I am and she misses the gym that was here before Planet Fitness took over (apparently not having a squat rack is a big deal?), but personally I don't have any problems with it. They have plenty of machines to use. I'll probably get my own membership soon.

This is a gym that actually hates people who workout in my opinion. Its a good gym for feminist. I feel a anti male anti good looking people vibe there. But this is America they can do what they want.

Still under construction. Has lots of equipment for use but some is clearly older and in need of repair/replacement. Doesn't have any row machines or squat racks. Staff has been pleasant so far.

They are still in the process of changing out fitness equipment and renovating rooms for use. But in the meantime, everyone there has been very friendly and helpful. There is a ton of equipment in a huge open space, I've never had any problems with not finding a cardio station open or finding something for resistance training. My favorite part is the 360 machine they have. It's fabulous and really works the whole body. Just ask for Brandy and have her show you how it's done. She's small but feisty and knowledgeable.
