Story

Cascade Elite Gymnastics West's primary goal is to provide an unparalleled environment where children can flourish and excel. Offering an environment where children are constantly encouraged and supported is greatly enhanced by parents, coaches, administrative staff, and athletes all working for a common goal.

CEGW has some of the most experienced and fun-loving coaches in the region. Our primary coaches have a combined total of nearly 100 years of coaching experience, and it obviously shows in the quality of care and instruction.

Cascade Elite West has a common goal of helping the kids of all ages in Kitsap County to get up and get moving! Our bodies are meant to be active. There is no better way to teach children that balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength/conditioning will come in handy in whatever activity they choose to pursue.

Gymnastics is a wonderful foundation for whatever sport an individual is passionate about.
