Plenty of equipment. BRING HEADPHONES! The gym music selection is the worst. Every time I'm here they are playing REM or Sarah McLaughlin or Cranberries and the employees say they have no control on music. Not exaggerating on the music. It genuinely is slow music from the 2000s. Oh, last week they were playing B52s. And not the upbeat song but something slow. Drives me nuts if you can't tell.

Pretty good selection of cardio, weights, etc. The soccer field is really nice. The employees are usually very nice when you walk in.

Shawn is the best trainer! Great facility, great staff, my favorite navy gym.

Work out alone or take a class. Massage and physical therapy on site with appointment. A former raquet ball court is now a parent cardio zone with a child play place. Steam room, dry sauna in locker rooms not always working. Pool and hot tub co-ed.

the layout is awkward. The staff treats you like just another number. And the free weight building has more artificial turf than free weight area. Overall experience is awkward and uncomfortable. My family and i pay the money to go to Hazelwood Family YMCA.
