We found the Smoking Gun Coffee Roasters while searching for coffee first thing in the morning when we arrived at District 1881. It was lgbtq+ friendly and had the standard fare of caffeinated beverages with a select number of pastries. The interior is beautifully decorated and there are seating both inside and outside the cafe. The signboard is cute and there is also a selection of number of local products for sale.
Love this place! Everytime we’ve been here, the vibe is fun and relaxing. They make excellent coffee and I am especially in love with their blueberry bliss herbal tea; it is light, fruity and delicate. Their sando’s sandwiches are pretty amazing too!nLots of seating inside and on the patio. It does get busy so may be a little difficult to find space to sit down.nFriendly staff, very good service. Since it’s always busy, staff are working very hard to meet demands and can be rushed. Be patient and kind; I know they’d appreciate that.
Great coffee place. The establishment is very clean and vibrant. When I asked someone who works there what iced coffee I should try, she recommended the Iced Caramel Macchiato. It was very sweet in a good way. I would also recommend their Cortado, which is Spanish beverage consisting of equal parts espresso and steamed milk. I like to come back to Smoking Guns again when I am in Chilliwack.
