Walked over with 2 classmates on our lunch break right at opening time 11am. Our fries came out a bit cold. One of us asked for new fries and we got brand new fries no questions asked. She explained she had some issue with the gravy machine and was apologetic. Good service.

Foods great. Service is slow slow slow. If you're going to have skip the dishes have enough staff on to serve your counter customers

I ordered poutine, just a regular one, large size. It tasted exactly as i would expect a poutine would taste. Cheers.
