Perkins

Today my father ordered the beef stroganoff and we discovered flies walking around his pasta, after he was a quarter way finished his meal. There were 3 flies IN his food. Once they were revealed they were just walking around and somehow unable to fly away. Underneath all the pasta that had been garnished and sent to the table. HOW does that even happen? We brought the issue up with the hostess because our server went on break, and she took the matter very serious and was very understanding. So thankful that she was there because she was genuinely friendly. The manager awkwardly said sorry and comped our food, and our server was almost joking about it... I don't think we will ever be back to this location. McPhillips is way cleaner and they seem to care a lot more about their business and quality standards.

Food was okay. Service was a bit slow. Real issue was the men's washroom. Absolutely disgusting. No latch to secure the steal. Seat on toilet was completely falling off. Some kind of black stuff all along the floor where it meet the walls. The air freshening mechanism didn't even have the scent insert inside of it.

Service was slow, but friendly. Food was ok. Larger portion than other locations. Restaurant could definitely use a scrub down, top to bottom. Bathrooms are unacceptable! The owners should change to the same cleaning service that maintains their McPhillips location.

Came in for a takeout order. Was told it would take "a couple of minutes, 10 tops". Took 28. Food was good but not great, but definitely not worth that wait.

Food could be a bit better and bigger but I still love going to perkins, my go to breakfast place for sure!
