Montana's BBQ & Bar

Our server Kym was great! Nice relaxed atmosphere where you can have your BBQ fix even if it's -40C outside. ;) Only negative I would say was our seating as we were in a high traffic aisle. Felt like I needed to watch myself as I didn't want to be accidentally hit. Other than that the Kapow shrimp appetizer was awesome!! Food and drink was great and company (my wife) was even better!

Had a big dinner of 7 people with a high bill, which is the norm for us since 2 months to have our dinner at Montana’s every Tuesday, but one rude waitress was yelling at my wife to bring back my kids to the table although they were on their way to the washroom, with a bit of excitement, but nothing extra ordinary or loud that anyone would complain about. Even if anyone complains, there are 1000 and one ways to say it nicely not in a RUDE way with yelling!!!! Told the manager (Asian) about what happened and he cared less, as if it is something that is not any of his business. My wife and I decided to change the place to another place where we get respected not have a rude waitress yell at us. Never going there...

Food is always good but service sometimes is slow. What bothers me is the servers coming to the table complaining about their day. I feel you but I'm here to sit down and eat not be your therapist!

Went there for dinner and drinks two nights ago with friends. Sat down at a table. Took 15 minutes to be acknowledged by the waitress. I should have had my second drink by this point. Ordered my first drink. Waited another 10 minutes. Ordered apps, still no drink. Ordered main courses, still no drink. Finally our drinks came. Food was good otherwise but I would never come back due to the slow service.

Had issues with my food again, but the manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it better. Food tasted good.
