Smith Insurance Service

We have been with Smith insurance for what feels like forever. I was recently in a collision and was feeling utterly defeated. Michele to the rescue! She was friendly, knowledgable and prompt in all of our dealings! Upon purchasing my new vehicle and calling to have my insurance put on it took her almost no time at all and Smith Insurance has made the process as easy and painless as possible! We have great rates and the customer service can't be beat! Thank you Michele!

Finish the article. It sounds bad but keep going. I have only have ever had one problem here. I was given an auto quote after i gave them the exact same information i just grabbed from the place i was switching from. I even told them the exact amount of tickets i had just incase the other place hadnt updated info yet. They crushed the other places quote then i got suprise increase a couple months later. Saying I had forgotten about 1 ticket. When i went to complain he said i didnt tell him about it. I checked my notes on my phone incase i forgot. I hadnt. Same number was on the phone that he said. Either way they still beat the other quote so i stayed even though i felt manipulated. Next year i dropped a ton because of tickets going off and turning 25. What i enjoy about this place is there service. They ALWAYS made time for me. They RETURN your calls. They dont WAIT for a day or two. Its ALWAYS asap. Not that attitude of "when i can get to it". Love Smith insurance and the deal wawanesa has for me. Hoping to continue my business here.
