Today was my second appointment! I absolutely love this office! Very professional! And the best part they ACTUALLY LISTEN to family history and understand that they are your teeth and that it's your decision! Today I had two fillings done I didn't feel a thing and I didn't waste all day waiting for them to finally bring me back... The old office i went to I'd wait an hour before even being called back and they would barely numb my mouth having to stop about four times to be re-numbed per procedure...my appointment today was at 11:30 I walked out at 11:55 and I'm still numb from the first and only shot and it's 1:00....also they didn't even have to put a shot in the roof of my mouth that was a blessing! You guys are amazing! Thank you for taking me in as a new patient I'd forgotten what is was like to see a real dentist who cares!

I have had all my dental work done here. Great people! All without any worries, they make you the most comfortable you can be at a dentist. I had a incident this weekend I called the office after hours cause an infection in mouth, and within an hour my dentist called me and got me a prescription, it's nice to have a dentist that cares about there patients. There amazing people at this office very kind and professional atmosphere. I would recommend this office to anybody. I have nothing but good experiences here. And little smiles my kids go-to and there amazing as well

Very disappointed.

I'll start by praising most of the office staff for being generally friendly and exceptional at their jobs.  They do a good job of cleaning your teeth and are very professional.  The office is also very comfortable.

Unfortunately, they will also try to sell you additional products and services every time you come in.  I had the misfortune  to agree to one of these.  They were off by more than 60% on the out of pocket cost they estimated and surprised me with a bill 8 months later.

Before you go, be prepared for the hard sell, and do your own research into the necessity and actual cost of all of their procedures.  They will overstate the need and underestimate the cost.

Finally, their insurance specialist called me childish when I let her know I would be leaving a review online.

Won't be back.

My husband, me, and our daughter all changed to Smile GH for our dental requirements and my daughter's orthodontics.  I had an unexpected change in my work schedule and my husband was not able to change his work schedule, so I was not able to give their 48 hr required notice. I called the morning of the day before our appt to explain the situation. We have not rescheduled before the 48 hr time period before.  This was our first time and I wouldn't have rescheduled unless we didn't have another option. Rather than be understanding and offer to accommodate the change, I was told by Marissa the team leader that this may not be the best option for us.  I cannot believe the poor customer service. We will not be continuing our relationship with this dental office.

I would recommend getting a second opinion if this location tells you to get additional work. I have never had a cavity in my entire life, upon my cleaning I was Pitched some deep gum cleaning, the EXACT same words were used to sell, practiced right before on the person leaving two chairs down. This place must be making bank off of your insurance policies.
