This office said they would work with the Veterans Administration, but only after Dr. Thomas Anderson did the work, their senior billing specialist informed me she didn't have the time to do all the paperwork, so I would have to do the paperwork myself and submit to the VA. Not how things work with the VA. I had to pay my wife's copay, and informed the VA not to use this office. Dr. Anderson is an outstanding dentist, but obviously, he only caters to wealthy patients. Horrible. I'm sure Dr. Anderson had no idea this was happening, but he hired them...

They do it for the money and only the money. I understand it's a business but if you can't even pretend to care about your patients there's a problem.
