Wisdom tooth extraction Broken wisdom tooth resulting in having the extraction. Quick appointment for diagnosis and then managed to get a cancellation for extraction - all well within a week! Obviously not a pleasant experience but was all done in a very relaxed way with dentist putting me at ease. Best dentist I’ve had at the causeway for a long time and have been going there for over 25 years.
Usual efficient service, always treated professionally and always greeted with a smile. They ensures I have a full understanding of the treatments taking place, and ensures I have no doubts about the work they are going to undertake. Would highly recommend this practice.
Fast and friendly service as usual from the great team at Causeway Dental. Went out of their way to arrange 2 appointments for me at very short notice. Very happy customer.
I have been coming here for a while and the standard of the patient care here is impeccable indeed most Drs Surgeriers could learn a lot about patient care from the Causeway team. Only reason I havent given them 5 stars is that during the last couple of visits I have been 20 minutes and half an hour late being seen with no explanation and no previous patient coming out from the treatment room. Also the three dentists I have seen have been introduced as "Dr" when only having a BDS qualification. I am higher qualified than this with masters degrees in both Buisness Management and Engineering and I am not entitled to call myself "Dr". Other than that this is a very well run practice with all of the latest equipment that gives a high level of patient care.
I required root canal work. i didn't have to wait long for an appointment with their specialist. I was put at ease and felt no pain or discomfort at all. A bit expensive but worth every penny.
Very satisfied with my dentist and his approach to only doing work if and when absolutely needed. Previous dental practices have suggested work which may not have been necessary at the time
The best dental practice I've been too, after years and having a fear from previous treatment before moving to Horsham The Causeway are welcoming and friendly and most of all Donal has been amazing every check up has been done calmly, I've not left with any fear of the next check up Thank you!

A great dentistry practice. Organised and friendly. Mark O is warm and welcoming, he is very professional and caring. I have had various treatments from Mark and he has always taken great care doing a great job and ensuring I’m comfortable and experience no pain. I have been at this dentist practice since 2014, I recommend it, I would not change despite moving house further away and happy to travel to remain with Mark.
We as a family have had first class service ,from friendly efficient staff & dentists for over 20 years . Would fully recommend to others
