Lebster Ryan DDS

I thought there might be some value in expressing the things that have impressed me about my visits there. During the initial phone call to acquire information, Barb, the receptionist, was not only very helpful and informative but also very patient. I showed up at the wrong time for my first appointment and the receptionist apologized to me. Even though it was my mistake she had empathy for my error. Every time I come there people recognize me and welcome me and treat me like a friend – not a customer. Nicole is always very personable and helpful. Your prices are not the cheapest. This probably requires explanation. I have found that often the cheapest fees do not correlate to quality. There is great expense in running a business and an even greater expense in the staff’s and doctor’s time. If something is inexpensive it usually means corners have been cut somewhere. Which leads me to my appreciation of Dr Lebster’s willingness to take time with me to answer questions and more important to take the time to do procedures well. Alicia and Dr Lebster function as a well choreographed team. When a temporary crown came off, a dental assistant (I’m sorry her name escapes me) was called it to the office to reattach it and she did it cheerfully.
