Everyone was so great, hardworking, pleasant and efficient. I had a lot of questions about all of it and the guys were very patient and gladly answered all of them. I am really enjoying my new furnace and AC, thanks again TO ALL OF YOU for the great service.

We had a service call today for our ac unit. The service guy was very polite and did his job great. They charged me 60$ for the service call which is totally understandable. The problem I have is that it is completely unethical to charge me 110$ for a part that costs 25$ at most. I own a business myself and would never feel right about taking advantage of any of my clients like this. What a crock! Mr. Smedley is crooked if you ask me. I have no problem paying for the employees time and a fair price for the part. But not a 400% markup get real!?!

They did a great job. I needed my furnace repaired and another company said I needed the furnace replaced. Smedley came out , had proper parts for the project and was able to repair it for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!!

Did a good job on some things. They installed a new high efficiency boiler but the pressure is all wrong so now my radiator joints leak. I told them about it and they said they would come back and fix it.... that was last year and I'm still waiting. Had some other little issues with the job they did and I talked to them about it. They promised to fix those as well and still haven't showed up. Had another issue with a pipe they came barely looked at it and left saying they would have to cut into my walls to fix it. I found myself with a little extra time so I looked at it and found out it was an easy fix, no wall cutting needed. I've given these guys enough tries, time to find someone new.
