Overpriced!! They quoted me a price to get my water heater and expansion tank replaced. I found someone who did it for a third of the price and did even more work. I paid to be a value customer and saw zero advantage of it. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are so expensive. Nt he technicians are nice but the company is a crook. One technician came to service my furnace and the furnace wouldn't turn on. He said it was my thermostat. Turns out he short circuited the fuse but couldn't tell when he checked the box. My husband came home and flipped the fuse back on and it was fine.

I had my furnace stop working the day before Thanksgiving so I gave them a call. It was only a blown fuse and they only charged me for the service call.

The technician gave me a quote for $4,000+ to fix everything he recommended. This is way too expensive to install smoke and CO detectors, change bulbs, change GFCI outlet, change circuit breakers, etc. When I said it's too expensive to fix everything, this guy said that I could buy a newer house if I do not want to face all these problems. He repeated a couple of times in our later conversations. This is not respectful at all. A few days later, we had another HVAC technician coming in from another company who installed our range hood. This technician said that we could easily install the smoke and CO detector and the GFCI outlet on our own as long as we have time. He even showed us how to do so, and told us a few tips. He also inspected our circuit breakers and said they are in good condition and do not need to be replaced. Overall speaking, they tend to overprice and do not seem to be very honest per my experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. The first contact was pleasant and efficient. The dispatcher was also very pleasant to work with and was able to schedule the same day. Chad arrived twenty minutes into the two hour window and was genuinely friendly and professional. I was impressed with the professional protocols that the company requires including a clean cut appearance, protective mat on my porch and foot covers worn by the technician. Chad clearly explained and showed me the issue my furnace was having and how the repair would solve it. He was clear and fair in the pricing and provided options for future maintenance. I had not heard of the company before finding them on-line but am glad I did. Kudos to Chad for representing his company well.

Any Hour Services was extremely easy to work with! We were promptly scheduled for a routine furnace check over the phone. Our technician, Robin, showed up promptly during the scheduled time and was very professional and kind. He was understanding that I had to be "that person" and stay on an important phone call when I first let him into our home. I was doubly impressed that he picked up my son's sunglasses off of the front lawn...something I had been meaning to do all day. Robin was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my first-time-homeowner questions and told me exactly what he was doing and why. My husband and I really appreciated his open and professional manner. We will definitely be doing business with Any Hour Services again!
