Very professional, had great communication & kept in touch with me prior to the appointment regarding scheduling. He was friendly, patient & provided a chance to ask questions while we were shown the live feed while scoping the sewer line and explained everything we were seeing. He was fair on price and did not charge us for having to remove and replace the toilet to gain access to the sewer line because there was no clean-out accessible. That was a significant savings! I am a highly experienced realtor and have used many other companies. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and plan on using his services again in the future! I called to get a price and they didn’t answer they called me back and I asked what his price was I already had someone at my house that was charging pretty close to the same price. He asked me who was here and I told him he said GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! Then hung up on me!!! I threw his number out and will never refer anyone to him how unprofessional can u be?

I asked him to go to one of our rental properties to snake a sewer line. He was charging $275... The landlord asked him if he could bring the price down to the normal price of $150. He refused, and charged us a $100 trip charge... to go and look at it. Definitely not getting any more business from us...
