Same day service, which in itself is awesome! Jason and Carter were prompt, gave me a 10 min out text, very clean cut and wearing booties. They were very up front with what repairs were going to be, cost, and even pre-bid out some future work we’ll need done. We’ll definitely be calling them again when we’re ready for round 2. Very happy with Knighton!

We are glad we chose Knighton Plumbing to help us put in a new bathroom as we were finishing our basement. From the initial rough-in plumbing, to the final install of all fixtures, we were very happy with the quality of work. During our entire basement process, Knighton was one of our fastest and most responsive contractors.

I think these pals are great!! I rate them 5 stars because one night I dropped a bomb at about 2:30 am. It was the size of a baseball bat it weighed 16 pounds it is the guinuiss world record for the largest turd ever taken. The brave man (Jason) reached in with his bare hands and picked it up and tossed it in his van he is my hero. Merry Christmas to everyone and have a happy new year!!!!!! We called in the afternoon on Wednesday, and Kelly came out to help us clear our floor drain first thing the next morning. Here's the note I wrote to him: "Thanks so much for your work this morning. Working with you guys was fast and easy, and I was so pleased you had time to get to us first thing this morning even though we called in yesterday afternoon. I'm a fairly new homeowner, so I'm still learning the ropes and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with me. Whenever I had a question you stopped what you were doing and talked it over with me, and that level of attention was refreshing. As a customer my perception of you is one of trustworthiness, experience, and friendliness. Thanks again for a job well done! Please feel free to forward this on to a supervisor/manager/boss so they know how happy I am with your visit. We'll plan on using Knighton in the future when other needs arise." Highly recommend Knighton, no frills, no gimmicks, just quick response time and a job well done.

No gimmicks. No additional hidden costs or tricks. Just an all around great company. The workers were so clean- from their appearance to the quality of their work. Fast, efficient, kind, and helpful. I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long time. And they had the best prices! Left the house better than they found it.
