An over all great experience! Tony is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the industry itself. He was very accommodating towards our delivery date which went well and on time. We never felt pressured to buy and he even suggested that we go around to all suppliers before making a decision. The hot tub looks and works great and was reasonably priced too. We are very happy with our purchase and definitely recommend considering Canada Direct Hot Tubs.

Tony was a great help. I bought a 7x7 hot tub from him and I couldn't be happier. He taught me the ins and outs of how to take care of my hot tub and also gave me a great price. I would recommend Canada Direct Hot Tubs to anyone.

Tony took the time to explain everything to us, treated us more like family then customers, even though we bought our tub 6 months after we talked with Tony, he still remembered our names and was extremely accommodating.
