The Skinny Pancake is cute. I like it. Burlington doesnt have a great food scene - so Skinny is a nice spot. I had the pesto chicken and cubano crepes. I liked them both. They have a cute menu and a cute atmosphere. Id recommend giving them a try.
The place has a great atmosphere and the best is the crepes!!! Food was delicious and I wanted to say worth the wait but for us was a wait were we asked 3 times when would we get our food. Not sure if it was that day, but if in rush ask before ordering.
Delicious food but very long wait. We came a little before noon as brunch was wrapping up and were told the wait would be an hour. We waited 1.5 hrs to be seated. Then our food took 40 minutes to arrive. I had to leave during our meal to refill the parking meter, it took so long. However, the food was delicious. We ordered the burger and the Deja vu crepe. Crepe was yummy, but the burger was INCREDIBLE. Tasty food but beware if you go during high tourism seasons, as you will wait a long time.
The food was great, worth the wait, and I do mean a wait. It's not bad enough you have to wait to be seated, but then the wait to get the food was even longer. I know it's the weekend and their busiest time, but they need more staff to handle the load of guests.
We drove way out of our way just to come back here for the crepes, and our second visit did not disappoint!!! We got three different crepes, the blueberry pie, the pbb&bee and the Johnny crepe, and every bite was worth every penny and every mile we drove! AND all the staff members are very friendly and awesome at their jobs!! Overall amazing experience, highly recommend!
