Great experience for the whole family. We never have issues going here. Consistent when it comes to good food. It gets pretty pricey so we only go once or twice a year. They do charge you for soda refills, stick to water! I guess you pay for the hibachi experience! They do get pretty busy so try to make a reservation before going.
Will have to come back to experience Hibachi dinners in its true form!nFood was good, well cooked veggies and meat was made exactly as ordered.nService lacked a bit at pickup, was a bit dismissive and negative, but not rude.
The food was very good. Unfortunately the restaurant is very small with only 6 hibachi tables. You can order the hibachi menu at the normal table but it's the same price and you miss out on the show. They do accept reservations. The atmosphere is amazing considering I believe the building used to be an old Wendy's which they have added on to. There is a very nice koi pond which surrounds the raised hibachi area.
I recently ordered takeout from Koto Sushi and unfortunately, my experience left me somewhat disappointed. I ordered a variety of rolls, including 1 Dragon Roll, Salmon Roll, 4 Spicy Girl rolls, Vermont Roll, Sashimi Lover, and Catapillar Roll.nnThe first thing that struck me about the rolls was their texture. Unfortunately, all of them had a soft and mushy consistency, lacking the desired firmness and bite that I typically look for in sushi. It was a letdown, as the texture greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the meal.nnWhile the quantity of the rolls was plentiful, I found the quality to be lacking. Considering the total bill for the takeout came to $100 USD, I had hoped for a higher level of craftsmanship and flavor. However, the soft texture and lack of distinct flavors left me underwhelmed.nnInterestingly, my wife had a different perspective and actually enjoyed the meal. Taste preferences can vary, and she seemed to find the rolls to her liking. However, from my own perspective, I felt that the quality did not match the price point.
We celebrated a birthday at 5:30pm on a Wednesdays night. The meal was very satisfying as always. The show was a little lack luster this time around, feeling rushed rather than a true koto traditional hibachi table experience.nnUnder the explained understanding of the restaurant being short staffed by two employees we still had fast and quality service.
