When I want hibachi in this area, I go to Koto. There's not much choice, so luckily Koto tends to deliver pretty well. Nothing is going to be amazing, but the chefs are fun and good with kids. Food is fine (salty). Good enough.

I had never been to hibachi grill dinner before. My wife and I share birthdays 10 days apart, so we made it our birthday dinner location with my in-laws. Very entertaining, as well as delicious food. They were able to accommodate our party of 4 and took on what looked like a larger group of almost 30 on very little notice ( I heard the hostess taking the last minute reservation on the telephone ). I work nearby and will also be stopping in for a lunch sushi special very soon.

Seated at 8:20, first contact with a waitress was 30 minutes after. Finally had food start arriving at 9:18. Chef arrived at 9:28. Finally started eating dinner a little I've an hour after seating. Waitress didn't seem to care. No comps, no offer to send a round of drinks. Just careless service aptitude and no front of the house training. Food quality was good not great, checks were split incorrectly, salads never came, etc. Etc.

Great local Sushi spot. Melissa is the best bartender! Try the hibachi if you have family coming along, it's a fun show.

Loved this restaurant in Burlington, VT. Tried it in 2006 and just again in 2018. Tasty Japanese Hibachi food. Lots of fun with a group or family. Really enjoyed it on my weekend away !!
