This is a really good Olive Garden. Took away a star because apparently they no longer offer the soup and salad lunch, but that's not really this location's fault. The servers and management are great.

The Olive Garden is amazing. The food is Amazing. Our Server was NOT Amazing. Rude is not really the word to use. More like just offended that we were even there....and that we expected to be served our lunch. At first we though it might be a language barrier since the server appeared to be a young college student....but after conversing a couple of times with him we found this to NOT be the case. He was just unfriendly and quite RUDE. Not rude like loud or obnoxious, but more rude like not saying 'hello, how are you folks'...or hows it going, what can i get you today....or even a 'thank you, i'll be right back with your drinks', etc,etc. We are very polite to all waitstaff during our ordering and request for extras...ketchup, etc...whatever it might be...but this guy had no friendly intentions. Needless to say, we did not Tip our usual 25% (as we always do for topnotch service), This guy gets only 15%. As stated, we LOVE olive garden, but I think the managers need to provide the wait staff with some training in common courtesies.

Although there was a long wait (around an hour), this is a actually some of the best service I have ever had at any restaurant. As a Canadian, this was a place I knew I had to go to, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the eggplant parm and a glass of watermelon sangria. The service was quick, friendly, and personal, without being overwhelming. Complete recommended, you will not be let down.

Excellent service. There were a lot of us, and they were very nice and fast. Food was good too!!!

Food is always good no matter which olive garden you go to. My only disappointment was that they only had one moscato to choose from. Other than that, our server was attentive and personable and if we choose to eat out again when we come to Burlington, this will probably be our choice.
