SKH Dentistry

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. I have always had great treatment. I have never had any complications with Dr. Kalbfleisch. Dr. Kalbfleisch stands behind his work. Staff are always pleasant and caring.

I was a client of SKH dentistry since 1986.My dentist Dr.Scott had retired and Dr.Haley was chosen by me to replace him.Initially things were alright.I generally just had cleanings and x-rays. Last November I required 4 fillings,with 2 being replacements. I have never been in so much pain from this office.When Dr.haley froze the areas It was maybe 10 mins,and he came in ,got to work rather fast,and the tooth on my lower left jaw was being worked on and I felt everything.He put more freezing in,waited 5 mins,started again.Same result,I almost flew out of chair.I was told,"well I am almost finished and i have not even gone down that deep" ....Really,could have fooled me,does that even matter when your patient feels it? I am more than disappointed in the professionalism.The other reason I write now is because 2 of the fillings done,now have decay under the filling...I can understated time is money ,however when a client who has supported,and trusted a business with his,and his families oral health for 35 years you would think that would have some respect. When i left the office for another,I was given a token call by a receptionist who left a absolutely half hearted message asking if they could do anything to rectify things...Perhaps if she sounded even somewhat sincere ,I may have reconsidered.I will not even get into the bill I was charged for the painful experience..

Drs. Haley and D'silva are the two most professional and compassionate dentist. I have been a patient for over 30 years. I just had a tooth extraction last week and with health issues, being a senior, i was well cared for for by Dr. D'silva and team.. My sincere thanks and gratitude. You guys are #1.

Dr. DaSilva is amazing and super friendly. Always very accommodating and helpful. My benefits were about to expire and they got me in really quickly for 4 different appointments to get all the stuff I needed to get done! He’s very knowledgeable and thorough, plus he explains everything he does to make sure I understand. Great dentistry!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kalbfleisch for quite some time now, and he has been a great dentist. My hygenist, Jocelyn, is amazing and personable. Although the staff has always been great, some things lately have been grinding my gears. Since I was a patient about 7 years now, they have been “monitoring” a cavity. I was then told that it needed to be dealt with, even though changes were minimal. The filling caused significant complications and I may now need a $1200 root canal. Additionally, during the pandemic, I was pushed into getting a mouth guard. This guard was meant to protect my teeth from grinding and my front tooth which has been broken and repaired from rebreaking. I have been in and out of the chair to have this tooth repaired virtually every year. Previously with this tooth, I had years between repairs. I broke it in January and have been told there are no appointments for me to obtain repairs until April. I then look at my appointment booking notice and it’s actually May. I have also been told that to fix this tooth properly, I will need both front teeth to have $3000 worth of verniers. Considering that this is a front tooth, I’m disappointed in the 4 month time frame for them to see me. I would truly give a 1-star if it weren’t for the professionalism and overall helpfulness of the staff and Dr. Kalbfleisch. Hopefully the pandemic hasn’t been the issue for the time frame issues or press for business. I would caution anyone who is looking for a dentist with my story. If things sort themselves out, I will revisit my rating.

Got my teeth extraction done and it was amazing service. I'm usually scared of dental treatment but, Dr. Silva and Kori were super friendly and made me so comfortable with lots of care, cheer ups and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks.

SKH is amazing to deal with. Several staff and customers speak highly of their professionalism and ability to ease children who may be scared of the dentist. Further, their customer service is unmatched.

Dr. DaSilva is very thorough - his team is excellent and I’m always provided thorough care here. They’ve often made referrals to other professionals and that is appreciated.
