Dawson Dental Centre

Thank you Dawson Dental for relieving my anxiety about going to the dentist!! I had a great visit with the dentist and Lauren the hygenist was amazing! Feels great to smile without being worried about the chip on my front teeth.

I usually have high anxiety for the dentist. when i went to this location i found the employees and dentists to be very nice. has a very at home feel and they're always going to extra mile.

Calling to book an Invisalign consultation was a breeze and the lady was so wonderfully friendly. A week later, I arrived to find she had booked me with the dentist 'that doesn't really know Invisalign' and I was told to come back the next week. They let me leave with no further discussion, no literature, the dentist didn't even say goodbye, Amy even got my name wrong as I left. I got the sense that they don't know what they're doing there and I would never recommend this place.

Hygienists are fantastic as is the dentist however, I'm still waiting on a call from Amy to complete the final stages of getting my Invisalign. I called and left a msg with another front desk rep but haven't heard back yet...it's been over a week since the dentist said she'd call me to book an app.... I was so excited to get Invisalign started ! Still waiting ...Amy.....hello?....
