Dr Michael Bensky - Highland Dental Office

I've had very poorly managed teeth that were misshapen, discoloured, and had a large gap in the middle between the two front teeth. I went to see Dr. Bensky for a consultation about getting veneers. He recommended two crowns of the front teeth to close the gap and 2 veneers on each side of the crown to complete my smile. I have to tell you, I haven't stopped smiling since he installed my new teeth. I get many compliments on my smile now and don't hide my smile anymore. Both Dr. Bensky and his staff are amazing to work with.

I'm not sure if I can prove it, but I believe in my heart that Dr.Bensky's office shared my personal information with another business without my consent. This is a threat to my privacy and I will not be going back.

Lets start with two problems, they are in too much of a hurry and they are very easily distracted. I went in last year and got work done on my front teeth. I have had too go back 3 times to get it fixed as it kept cracking. I told him each time that there was too much tension in my teeth. He then repaired it the third time and flared it out. Now the tooth looks horrible and I have to pay someone else to fix his shoddy work. Then I caught them billing me for a front tooth they never even touched. First they said they did, then I explained how the texture of a tooth that is old is smooth and a new filing is rough. They still deny any wrong doing but that was enough to make me drop them. I will not pay for a tooth they never touched.

Love the entire team, been going to this office since I was a toddler and everyone is great.
