SkeeTown CrossFit

I started with the 6 week challenge March 27th. I lost weight, started feeling healthier and more energetic. Working with the amazing and knowledgeable staff is great, if you have a problem they are willing to help you through it. Meeting and working out with all the encouraging people is awesome. So glad I joined and looking forward to seeing where I am at physically in a year.

I've been coming to skeetown cross fit for 5 months now and this was the best money I've ever spent on my self; the money spent is well worth it. The trainers and community go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help you where you need it whether it be strength, mobility or nutrition. Nate and his staff of trainers are amazing to say the least. I would highly recommend coming in and speaking with Nate or one of the trainers about a no sweat intro.

I love coming to Skeetown! Its not your average gym. The community of people are always inviting,encouraging and make you want to come back for more. The coaches are great and everyone is treated like family. My only regret is I didn't try it sooner!

Love this place. Such a great group of people. Supportive coaches, encouraging members and tons of fun. I decided to make a lifestyle change and with the help of SkeeTown CrossFit, I am seeing results and feeling better every day!

Love SKEETOWN CF! I've made tons of achievements in my fitness and personal life goals. The community and atmosphere is unlike any fitness club that I have ever been involved with! The coaching staff is smart and dedicated to the teachings of CrossFit, as well as enthusiastic. I encourage and recommend this place to all of those who want to get started on their journey to health and happiness.
