I work out here everyday but the staff is lazy, inconsistent and doesn't apply the rules consistently. They will only harass certain individuals especially those who fit the "fit" definition. If you dont rack your weights, wipe down the machines, talk in your phone while sitting at machines, have no gym etiquette your fine but heaven forbid you set your weights down too hard. Poor staff they mainly play on the computer's don't clean, greet you or even act friendly. Good price.

I sent a signed letter with all my information in to cancel my membership, just like it said in the contract, and my account was still charged, so when I called I was informed that it needed to be sent CERTIFIED mail. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. My "membership" has been up for months, but they still charge you until you jump through hoops to cancel it.

This is my place to work out or even just go to get away for a nice message or tanning service very clean an the staff is amazing.

It was alright. Judgement free apparently means judging those who lift weights though. Also, they FAILED to tell us the black card is a 12 month commitment and they want 53 goddamn dollars to cancel early. You'd think something so stupidly important would be mentioned when you sign up. So be careful of what you sign up for cause they'll rip you off without issue.

I LOVE this gym 100%! My only issue is when you turn off the lights, warning of upcoming closing time. The quick flash is fine, but when the lights turn off ten minutes before close, that creates a huge safety hazard. I tripped over the leg press carying a dumbbell in each hand, and the guy in front of me tripped over a bench. I'd suggest an audio notification, or a MUCH more brief flash of the lights. This is a big liability, and someone could get seriously hurt.
