When I first moved here a year ago this gym was very welcoming and the atmosphere is the perfect fit for me. All of the employee's and trainers are very helpful and truly care about your goals. The members are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gym very highly to everyone!

I love the zumba class they offer and the women's only weight room! The staff is very friendly and great atmosphere.

If anyone is going to sign up for a gym membership DO NOT get one at Family Fitness. They are horrible! They have you sign to become a member but doesn't tell you that you'll be locked in for 4 YEARS. I went to cancel and they said if I wanted to cacel I would have to pay the rest of my contract up front! What! If I don't want to go to their facility anymore i am not going to pay 2 years worth of gym access to not have access!!! I am not paying $368 up front to not have access to the gym that I dont want to go for. That makes no sense! NEVER GET A MEMBERSHIP THERE!!! They are soooo shifty.

Open 24 hours. Plenty to get your heart rate moving here! Clean bathrooms. Tanning and daycare available on premise!
