I called the store before going; Caroline was on the phone, so she put the shoes I want aside; then I arrived & paid. I’m very grateful because Caroline was very kind & patient with me. Plus, she was wearing a welcoming smile all the time. I feel I want to go back to shop again & again.
I was able to count 4 staff members working today. None of them seems interest in helping clients. They spent most of their time hiding in the back store and when one final came out of the back and I was about to ask them a question they went back to the back store to hide. Also I say about 2 families walk out of the store and we waited about 20 minutes to get help after which we left. This store really need to learn how to sell products. If you want to sell you need to help customers an be present.
