Had no service. They weren't over crowded. There was about 3 or 4 families in there and when I walked in with my kids, I was looking around literally grabbing shoes off the display and having my daughter try it because not a single person would come up to us and ask us if we needed help. About 12 minutes

The employees are helpful and kind. I go there regularly for sneaker drops and I am always greeted well. The store manager is always open to speaking to clients, welcomes any constructive feedback and seems quite present on the floor. The cashier staff are always so kind and the sales staff quick and efficient. Great location for sneakers on the South Shore.

Super rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service from Aseel.

There always seems to be more employees than customers... Most recently we were greeted upon entering but between the 6 associates, only 3 were helping customers, while the others spoke amongst themselves. With such a limited visible selection, we needed help, but it appeared as though the available employees didn't seem to think so. Opted to go elsewhere instead.

I received very bad service from the team today, especially from Aseel who was very rude. I will not be returning to this store.

Last review I made wasn’t great but I decided to go back and try again. This time I was served by Zoe which knew her stuff and was really helpful. I would advise you get served by her. Very good!

I went to the promenade footlockers today and the guy with dread and shaved lines in eyebrows was very rude and helped with nothing everyclient seems to not be welcomed there from his eyes very not professional bro but the cashier girl was nice tho

Probably the best company for shoes that I know with great nice style of shoes -- with great service. But unfortunately very hard to find shoes that fit my large feet in width and that are comfortable for my very curved soles. ... I'll admit their specialty is sports shoes since most shoe shops don't have many like they do.

Nice store but the shoe selection is really limited. As an Adidas guy, there's only a handful of models available let alone sizes. If you're into Nike shoes, you should be good though.
