This is the first time I order from L’Intervalle and I think this will be my last time. I order three pairs of sandals online because I saw that the shoes were 50% off. So I order my three pair of sandals and once I received them I noticed that the are made for people who have very skinny/narrow feet which I do not and none of the sandals fit the were really tight around my foot. I then proceeded to the store to return them and get told that I can only exchange them, knowing this I wouldn’t have gotten three pair of sandals no where during my purchase online did the return policy appear stating that I couldn’t be reimbursed for these sandals. I am quite disappointed because I don’t think the shoes at this store will ever fit me as my feet are to wide. I don’t understand how a store cannot have a reimbursement policy for shoes that don’t fit even if they never been worn! Terrible experience with this store!
