We had our boat refueled while having work done on it in Latitude Marine boatyard in La Conner. Kudos to Patrick and Eddie for telling us of this service. 
My hats are off to Matt and Ryan, of Skagit Farmers Supply,  they couldn't have been more helpful.
Ryan went beyond just refueling; he made sure all was done correctly and he helped with the additives for us,  and it has given me peace of mind knowing we now have plenty of diesel for summer cruising.
Thank you, thank you.
