My experience was very much like another reviewers, his bedside manner is horrible and the appointment feels very rushed. He doesn't like to explain his thinking or his process and becomes irrationally frustrated when asked the most simple questions. It very much feels like an "in and out" clinic where they milk your insurance for as much as possible, while running you through hoops that aren't remotely necessary. His staff for the most part were accommodating but contradictory with their responses to inquiries. He came highly recommended, I left disappointed and pursued care at another practice. If you don't mind being treated as if you couldn't possibly understand his process, rushed in and out, and treated like a paycheck, then this practice might be the place for you.

Went in to Dr Cui a couple of years ago because one of my friends had a positive experience there. He was very thorough, and treated me for the problem I was having.
Within a few months I had very good results.

Please don't waste your time going to Dr. Cui. He is honestly the worst doctor I have ever had. He shows no empathy for his patients and was very disrespectful. He laughed at inappropriate times when I was explaining my life altering injury. He put very little effort into figuring out my symptoms and pain. I waited about 30 minutes-1 hour for all 4 appointments. Then the appointments felt very rushed. Overall a terrible experience that I strongly discourage anyone from!

My experience at the Skagit Island Orthopedics was pretty impressive. I didn't have to wait at all to see Dr. Cui. The staff and front desk were professional and helpful. When I got to the room, Dr. Cui greeted me with a warm smile and was very polite and listened to everything I had to say. He treated my condition and the pain was gone! I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone.
