I didn't buy anything, just was curious about some denim I say on display. Had a few questions to lady who work in-store with over shelf merchandising. She was very friendly and helpful.

Michelle made a mistake and then insisted she couldn’t fix it, just exchange or store credit.  No manager, no weekend customer service.

Prices are great for the quality. Very friendly staff, having fun while they work & gave great service. My mom wanted to know the price of each & every item before purchasing it and the guy working there was very patient with us. It was great seeing you guys smiling & creating such a warm, comforting environment. Thanks!

I went to Dixie Outlet Mall at Sirens. I spend over $215 I just asked the cashier very nicely and politely if I can get any kind of discount on pair of sandals that wasn't one size. one was size 8 and 8 n half. She responded in a very rude manner "nope we don't give out any discounts". I said that's fine, she asked if I still wanted the sandals and I said yes. She rolled her eyes and sighs to other staff that was standing on the next till. As she was scanning my items she was walking to the other cashier with the item on her hands and whispering to the other girl and then she would look at me and starts laughing. I felt very uncomfortable. I didn't know what I did wrong. She over charged me. I bought 8 items and she charged me for 13 items. I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of store. I noticed when I got home. When she was done cashing me out. I asked her if I can speak to the manager. She called the manager and it was the same lady she was talking about me to. She had scarf on her head. I asked her why was she talking about me to you. She said doesn't know why. I couldn't believe she was the manager. I said but you were keep laughing with her and you looked at me while she was talking to you about me.She said she's sorry. I thought manager's should manage the store and employees not getting to their level and start acting like a high school teenagers. I was very disappointed to the way I was treated. She ruined the rest of my day. Will never shop there again.
