Plato's Closet® is all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. We specialize in gently used clothes and accessories for teen and twenty something girls and guys. All stores are independently owned franchises.

At Plato's Closet® you'll find a huge selection of trendy, designer styles as well as those every day basics you can't live without - all at up to 70% off mall retail prices!

Our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 15/16 and guys size 28 to 38 waist. The gently used clothing and accessories that we buy are: top-name brands, cool, hip, trendy, and clean. Typically we buy items that have been in the retail stores within the past 12 to 18 months.

Our process is quick and easy:

1. Go through your overflowing closet
2. Bring in your cool stuff
3. Walk out with new cool stuff or $$$ in your pocket!

I went there for the first time & have mixed feelings about my experience . The store over all is nice and bright very open and has a wide variety of clothing. For certain styles I didn’t find much but did see a few items that were very good. There was a older caucasian man which helped me in fitting rooms && was very friendly and helpful so I would give him a 5/5. Some of the items within the store were damaged or dirty which I find funny they accepted. I brought many new & clean items they didn’t want that were on trend or they tried to low ball me. For sellers know your prices and make sure your making a profit because items I had that were new they only wanted for less then 3$ . The tags on them had 20$+ . I will be making a full YouTube video/vlog of my trip and experience but just be mindful sellers. Some workers will buy things they are personally interested in. Some will be thoughtful and buy on trend and nice things. So don’t be surprised if you bring a lot and not get much money from it or if they don’t take anything at all. Every location is different but keep it in mind.

I am giving this low rating because I find it odd how the person behind the Instagram account has no problem answering other people's questions of item availability but when I've asked TWICE if a sale is still going on it goes UNANSWERED. I'm not about to travel to check, and quite honestly I'm not going to call after being ignored twice. You guys just won't get my business. Simple.

Amazing place to go for vintage and modern clothing. Large selection and tidy. They carry everything from bags, shoes, lotions, jewelry and perfumes.  Picked up discontinued fragrances for just 30$ a piece, was sad i had to leave dazzling by estee lauder behind but i know someone who is looking for this fragrance you should rush THERE NOW!

The quality of the service and the styles available are not constant. They varies a lot compared to their other locations (own and managed separately). You can still find treasures but less often than at the Brampton location. 

I often feel like I'm annoying the staff, they don't seem to be customer service oriented. The store could benefit of more separate section clothes per brand to valued more the popular ones. You have to search if you want find amazing items. 

The staff also take a lot of time to evaluate the items brought. I never see them taking less than a day. Other stores will give you their quote within your store shopping time. 

Overall, an average store. Or a good store if you don't care about having to do everything yourself.

The least organized and messiest of the 4 locations I've been to so far. Lots of clothes on the ground, things placed on completely wrong racks, and sizes in the wrong places. The mens section seems horribly neglected, and they very rarely have something worthwhile.
