Sinorama Group

The first time I traveled with Sinorama to Quebec City. It went pretty well and I had a lot of fun. The guide was nice and I had a lot of fun. My second time I traveled with Sinorama was to 1000 Islands. It didn't go that well. The guide was not very nice and It seemed like she didn't care much. The toilet in the bus didn't work. The boat reservations was messed up. I guess it depends how your experience will turn out. I had a lot of fun with them. They offer great pricing but I recommend reading the small text. Sometimes there are hidden fees. A good traveling option but certainly not the best.

Took the Sinorama 20 day Panoramic Tour of China on 2-22 September 2017. Awesome experience! The guide was extraordinary, arrangements were flawless and the itinerary made for a trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend it

We took a day trip to Quebec city which was nice but not extraordinary. Our guide Micheal was very kind enough to wait for us to leave Montreal after we got stuck in a bad traffic. He explained in details the attractions and activities making our trip interesting. The reasons why I gave 3 star are first the toilet was smelling bad not even an hour after we left Montreal. On our way back it got so bad that everyone including those who were sitting in front seats had to cover their nose every time that toilet door opened. This is a public toilet which had to be cleaned more often. The bus did not stop on our back which took close to 4 hours and almost everyone was going to the toilet making it worse. We should have stopped at least once somewhere. Second reason is that the Capital Observatory which cost $12 was totally useless. We should have at least be asked if we want to go or not, not just taking money! Most of the people on the bus were already waiting on the ground floor in 30 minutes and we were given 1 hour to visit. Not worth going on the 31st floor when we would be visiting Quebec city shortly.

Went on a tour to China with them- they were fantastic! Everything was taken care of, the guide was great, we rarely waited in line, and the food was awesome. It was so relaxing to not have to plan something. If you're taking the China trip- your hotels will have toilet paper so no need to take up space in your packing. The river cruise was phenomenal and my favorite part of the trip. Definitely worth it to go. Great experience.

I had a terrible experience with them. I went on a 3day tour to Toronto/Niagara. The toilet in the bus started to smell horribly half an hour after we left Montreal. The driver was not using the conditioning and was saying the diesel is expensive and he is not allowed to keep the car on. The tour leader was useless, just looking at us and doing nothing. The whole tour was an absolute torture, we just wanted to go back to Montreal but we were stuck. I was with my old parents, they flied over a continent to visit me and they literally suffered the full three days. I wish I had enough time to go after the case and sue them for the inhuman situation we went through. Absolutely not suggested!
