Here they are...17 years passed...don't know when...but I have been working with Sinclair Travel for 17 years now... Every 2 years average we need some tickets or ...some advise. George and Peter are very experienced and always try to find the best deal they can offer to any client. Nobody is perfect as a human being. Some people talk too much because they put too much heart into what they do and they want to make sure they share with you every bit of info they know which might help you. Yes, it seems like mama nagging you, but I found it helpful. For example "Remember to decline insurance for a rental car if you pay with a credit card that covers this...call your credit card and find out".Other people are too honest and say ...hey, I don't make money with this deal, but I'll still help you - take it if you want it or don't. I always had the feeling that I got the best deal from Sinclair travel. In the beginning, in 1999 if I remember well, I was actually waiting on the phone with them to listen to their numerous searches into flights, connections and other services they were trying to pick for me and ...you know what?...I was happy to be there, on the phone, to tell them ...no I want it this way, not that way...and they always listened and tried even more to accommodate me... I called even from the airport when flights were delayed or connections were lost. They helped me within minutes. And no...they are not close friends, they are not relatives of mine and I met them personally only once. The rest just over the phone and e-mails. I greatly appreciate these guys. They are honest, prompt, and professional. And they have enough business not needing to run after a few bucks from yours. You'll still find they serve you as well as any other client because this is who they are. The best!

Overall experience: REALLY BAD!! Bad Customer Service.
Don't be fooled by appearances, although it is located in a very nice bldg and neighborhood, the office is old and smells like dust and old library. Paper and folders are lying on the floor, very very retro but smelly. As soon as you walk in you feel like you went back in time to the 60's, and it feels uncomfortable. The owner, Peter, talks too much and doesn't really listen to what you want.
He's got a lot of experience for sure, but you better buy him a package that includes Airfare otherwise he will tell you he won't make money and will give you a mediocre service just like he did with me when I only bought 3 nights Hotel in Paris and 2 EuRail passes (which by the way he made sure he reminded me countless times that he was only making $24 in profit out of it) even when the Total value of my purchase was over $1,500.
I could've bought the Eurail passes from the website myself for the same price but just as a token of appreciation for the time he spent with me... I gave him the sale, but he failed to see that. On top of that, when he gave me the Eurail passes he didn't give me a couple of Free Sightseeing tickets in Europe that were part of the Eurail's promotion package. He claims to be "Fare and straight forth" but in reality he isn't. So, be careful, or better yet, stay away.
-Bottomline: Very Disappointing service.
