Wow am I ever glad that I decided to go in to Flight Centre Bentall rather than doing an online booking. The customer service was outstanding. Serven sat with me for about an hour going over different flight options until we found the one that was the perfect fit. I was able to get the dates that I wanted,  convenient departure and arrival times to have someone pick me up and drop me off at the airport, no more than one transfer each way and no layovers over two hours and all within my very modest budget! I couldn't have done it without Serven's help and she was almost more excited than I was about the whole thing. I would highly recommend booking travel here.

Have loved working with Michael Michiel for over 9 years - he is my go to guy for all amazing travel plan arrangements.  I love him!!
