Very very thankful for Isabella, who helped us bring our dog back home. 
8 hours before the flight, we found out our airline didn't know we were bringing a dog on the plane due to some misunderstandings, but this woman was kind enough to arrange everything even though both the travel agency and airline were past their hours of operation. She truly went over and beyond to help us out. We don't know what we would've done without her.
