Do not store your belongings here! I have a police record open at the moment about theft by owner. Unless you are storing junk here, he will rob you.

It's the closest Uhaul outlet to downtown Richmond, but it's not an actual Uhaul store, selection is limited and they much perfer you reserve a vehicle online because they're not familiar with the manual checkout process.

This storage has no management. I lease a outside parking for my trailer and once I had a car parking in my spot. I tried to inform the management but the employee, Armand, insisted there's nothing he can do. Then I asked him why can he let anyone to take other people spot and he said it's not his responsibility to check every single spot everytime. This kind of incident happened 3 times and I got fed up.

Good service and acceptable pricing. Relatively well located. While the lock charge is minimal, it would have been nice to have learned about it in the quote I received. Would recommend this place though. Good service.
