Simply Elegant Flowers & More

I moved from the city 4 years ago. My go to florist never dissapointed. Recently I needed flowers delivered and was totally missing my favorite florist. I love the artistry and price and professionalism. I sure miss the city.

I have been dealing here exclusively for the last few years. The arrangements are always colorful and beautiful. Everytime they are recieved with awe and amazement. No more of buying wilting flowers from Zehrs or overpriced from other florists. It is always appreciated the types and assortment of flowers put into these arrangements. Even when I have special requests, such as adding lightbulbs into the bouquet, she does so with professionalisim and quality. I highly reccomend Simply Elegant Flowers

The florist went far beyond my expectation on service. I had left calling a florist until 5:15pm, and needed delivery that same night. The lady said sure, no problem we can do that! She also said she would do a special touch on my arrangement. I explained to her that my friend was being discharged the following day, and that my urgency was that I personally knew how it feels not to receive flowers after being in the hospital. She said that if I ever am in the hospital again, she wanted me to call her, so she could send me an arrangement. She never wanted me to experience not having a flower arrangement again. What a blessing she was. Two thumbs up! Jo-Anne Brown.

Bought an arrangement using Teleflora - it was passed to these folks. This was for Mother's Day - that came and went with no flowers. Come Monday Teleflora confirmed it was "on their order desk". Nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday I canceled the order and placed with 800Flowers. On Saturday, over a week from the start, someone from Simply Elegant appears with no warning at my mother's with some flowers stuffed in a vase and a box of chocolates. This was NOT the arrangement ordered and we certainly didn't order candy for somone with diabetes!! These folks are completely unprofessional - if anything, they should have contacted the people that placed the order before making a bad case worse.
