I had great friendly service from Kelly and the owner Sarah (original owner).
She has a large variety of fresh flowers and was very helpful in arranging two great looking bouquets for me. 

Previous complaints were from online orders, but I can absolutely say that I had nothing but an excellent positive experience and customer service from actually visiting the shop.

Will be returning next time I need more

Love this place, go all the time to grab flowers for my girlfriend. Expensive, but you pay for quality or flowers and friendly service, and also you have to option to make bouquets as big or small as you want, so you can stay within a given price range.

what I ordered online was no where near the picture detailed.  The Ribbon and vase match but the quality and quantity of flowers was no where close.  I wouldn't recommend this florist

Not only did they send a cheap, pathetic version of what I ordered - they were extremely rude and harassed me over the phone saying I should pay an 'extra fee' for getting them to fix the flowers. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
